Lesson 6, Day 39: Meditation & Prayer Involve Energy Healing

All Healing is Energy Healing



If your dis-ease can be represented as tangled energy within and outside your body, then prayer and meditation can be represented as freely flowing rivers of intention.

Prayer is the river flowing away from your body, meditation is the river flowing into it.


While you can’t see this energy, the changes going on inside your brain during can be measured. Your heart rate changes, your hormones change, and your response to future stress is altered.


By devoting at least 20 minutes every day to a practice of silent prayer, followed by meditation, you can change the circuitry in your brain, and the chemistry in your body. Not only is it free, there are no dangerous side effects. If this has never been a part of your daily rituals, what is stopping you? What limited belief system has prevented you from tapping into a powerful practice of self healing?


Affirmation: I open myself to all possibilities. Just as dis-ease has many causes, healing can come from many sources.
