Lesson 6, Day 41: Explore Traditional Energy Healing

All Healing is Energy Healing



Energy healers use the awareness of vibrational energy to balance and restore the energy field of others. Energy healing is a practice, requiring skills acquired over time by someone with the ability to feel vibrational energy. It can be learned, but like any vocation, is mastered with deeper study and practice. When seeking an energy healer, do your research. A reputable healer will be eagerly recommended by others.


There are many terms and brand names being used in the growing field of energy healing, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Eden Energy Medicine, Bowen, Healing Touch, Theta Healing, and of course, acupuncture and acupressure. There are many more, not to mention healers who do not operate under a brand name.


You can learn energy practices such as Tai Chi, Quigong, and the many asanas associated with yoga.


All week, you’ve learned to soften your opinions about traditional medicine and alternative therapies, and to expand your vocabulary of healing modalities. Today, while you sit in silence, breathing deeply, explore any resistance you have for any types of treatments.


Affirmation: I open myself to all possibilities. Just as dis-ease has many causes, healing can come from many sources.
