Your Dis-Ease is Your Teacher
Who are you? That’s the complex question with a simple answer. The Course in Healing is designed to teach you this answer.
Who were you as a child? Who are you now? Do you like who you are? Do you like the people surrounding you? Who is your family? Does that matter to your dis-ease?
Write in your journal. Sit in silence. Ask yourself who you would be if your dis-ease vanished in an instant. When you can see that person in your mind, you will understand what it means to form an intention.
Affirmation: As I sit in silence, I ask my body, mind and spirit what I need to learn about myself from this experience of dis-ease.
