Lesson 7, Day 47: Ask Yourself “Where?”

Lesson 7: Your Dis-Ease is Your Teacher

Where you are in life is a result of many seemingly unimportant decisions leading up to your current situation. You go to school, get a job, move around for opportunities and sometimes for people. Where are you now and is it where you had hoped to be?

Sometimes we feel stuck in life. We feel stuck in our jobs, in relationships, in the city or town where we live. We feel stuck in an apartment or house that we don’t like living in.

All of these feelings represent the stagnant energy of dis-ease.

Examine the hard questions. Where did you dream you would be at this point in your life? Where would you go if your dis-ease disappeared? Where could healing occur for you? Where do you want to be in 5 years?

Whether you believe it or not, we all choose where we are born just as we have chosen exactly where we are right now. If you feel your life has spiraled out of your control, think of the decisions you can make right now to take back some of your power.

Affirmation: As I sit in silence, I ask my body, mind and spirit what I need to learn about myself from this experience of dis-ease.
